Joanne Payne served as owner/manager of Little Lambs Daycare (Columbia, KY) for six years before joining the staff of Little Sprouts Child Care Academy as Co-Director in January, 2005. While she continues to own and operate Jesus Loves Me she is deeply dedicated to the continued advancement of Little Sprouts Childcare. Joanne, has completed her Associate’s Degree in Applied Science & Office Administration and she is actively pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood. She also continues to complete 18 hours of Eastern Kentucky Child Care Coalition (EKCCC) Training each year.

Deborah Vaughn has joined Little Sprouts as Co-Director.  She has completed her Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood.  She continues to complete 18 hours of Eastern Kentucky Child Care Coalition (EKCCC) Training each year.  She has worked at the Little Sprouts Childcare for almost 2 1/2 years.
